VERY BRIGHT SINGLE ROOM FOR GIRL / YOUNG PROFESSIONAL Spacious apartment with a very bright terrace, shared only by girls. 5 large single rooms + 2 fully furnished and equipped bathrooms. The age of the current roommates ranges from 22 to 40 years. We are looking for a non-smoking flatmate with good habits of coexistence and cleanliness. The apartment has a youthful, calm atmosphere, with excellent coexistence, camaraderie, and mutual respect. REQUIREMENTS: Single room for one girl only (apartment shared only by girls). One-month deposit (refundable at the end of the contract and after payment of all bills). Couples and pets are not allowed. Roommates’ ages range between 18 and 40 years old. We are looking for a NON-SMOKING flatmate with habits such as cleanliness, order, and respect — especially in shared areas. Minimum stay: 6 months. A rental contract will be signed. APARTMENT DETAILS LOCATION: The apartment is located in Madrid city, about 5 minutes from the Oporto / Urgel metro stations (lines 5 or 6). FEATURES: Our 103 m2 apartment, with a minimalist style, has five very bright exterior single rooms. Two bathrooms, a fully equipped and furnished kitchen-dining area, and a terrace. All appliances and utensils are brand new. RENT AND DEPOSIT: Rent + expenses (which may vary between €15 and €50). One-month deposit is required. A minimum three-month contract is signed (renewable). THE ROOM: Very bright exterior room with two large windows. 12.5 m2 room. Double trundle bed (1.20 x 1.80 m). Anti-mite visco-latex mattress. Table lamps. Very large wardrobe (2.30 x 2.10 m) with various shelves + mirror + drawers. Desk + bookshelf + study lamp. Heating. Private fridge. LED lighting. Personal lock with key. PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND NEARBY SERVICES: The apartment is 4 to 10 minutes away from the Oporto / Urgel / Marqués de Vadillo metro stations (lines 5 or 6). Day and night bus stops are just 2 minutes away. Connections to the center of Madrid / Atocha / Getafe / Plaza Elíptica / Méndez Álvaro. From the apartment to the city center by metro takes about 20 minutes. About 5 to 10 minutes from the University or Polytechnic of Madrid (Puerta de Toledo – Embajadores), and around 25 to 30 minutes from the Complutense University. SHOPS AND LEISURE: Several supermarkets within 1 to 5 minutes: Mercadona, Día, Carrefour, Lidl, El Corte Inglés (Vista Alegre), as well as restaurants, cafés, and gyms. The surrounding area includes cultural centers and libraries. On the same metro or bus line, you can easily reach the center of Madrid: La Latina, Lavapiés, Callao, Opera, Gran Vía, or stations like Méndez Álvaro, Atocha, or Chamartín. For sports, there are gyms nearby and outdoor areas in the Madrid Río park.
