The entire apartment is very bright and quiet! Non-smoking apartment. All charges are included. It is a very big apartment, there are 2 bathrooms in the flat. There are basic house rules and it is important that you respect these rules if you move in with us: - No shoes in the house - Clean up after yourself in the common areas - No showers after 22.00 due to sound building regulations - Quiet hours between: 22.00 - 8.00 - No visitors - Do not download any illegal content from the internet (movies, music, books etc) - - No registration to the flat When applying please write me a bit about yourself and what you are doing in Luxembourg.
