Hallo ich möchte meine schöne Zweiraumwohnung die ich zukunftsperspektivisch nicht mehr bewohnen werde gerne untervermieten weil ich mein Zimmer noch als Arbeitszimmer nutze für meine Malereien diesbezüglich wäre ich in der Woche meist vormittags oder nachmittags für zwei drei Stunden da wo mein Hund mitkommen würde. Ich biete dir somit eine 40 Quadratmeter Wohnung an . Du würdest das große Zimmer bekommen mit dem angrenzenden verglasten Balkon hättest dann ein kleines Bad zur Verfügung eine Küche und ich habe mein Atelier im übrigen Zimmer. Im Endeffekt ist mein Angebot eine vollwertige Wohnung die du nach deinen dünken und Wünschen gestalten kannst viele Geräte habe ich schon wieder zb Waschmaschine ,Spülmaschine, stabiles WLAN, Schlafcouch,Küchengeschirr. Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der HTWK Leipzig und ist das angrenzende Stadtviertel zum sehr beliebten Connewitz was auch viel Lebensqualität wiedergibt egal ob Spaziergang im Grünen zum Markleebergesee , Cosbudenersee oder schnell in die Stadt sind alles kurze Wege sehr angenehm ich habe sehr gerne hier gelebt und genieße immer noch das wunderbare Licht zum Malen. Meld dich einfach falls Interesse besteht vielleicht kommen wir zusammen wie gesagt die Wohnung ist etwas für Leute die Ruhe brauchen auch die Natur genießen wollen oder den See neben dem Berufs- oder Studienstress .
