URGENT ROOM SUBLEASING I am subleasing my student bedroom from HOAS from end of May until end of July. ROOM: very bright and spacious. Furniture includes bed, wardrobe, shelf, blackout curtains and working space. The door has a lock. COMMON AREAS: a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area; a bathroom, and a toilet. There are free washing machines and driers, sauna and bike storage within the building. The construction is very new and in excellent condition. HOUSEMATES: you will be sharing the apartment with 2 other students from Finland and Estonia. It is a very quiet, independent atmosphere and LGBTQ friendly. LOCATION: Jätkäsaari (South-West Helsinki). There is a supermarket within less than a 10min walk and you can easily reach the city center in 20min by tram or metro. The West Harbour is also close by. The neighbourhood is super calm, next to the sea and surrounded by parks so it is perfect to walk around and enjoy Finnish summer days! PRICE AND AMENITIES: the rent is 500€/month and includes water, electricity, gas, heating and cable internet connection.
