Alle Außen Fenster für Zimmer 1 wurde zum Innenhof geöffnet, wo viel Grüne zu sehen sind. Sie kriegen wenig vom abendlichen Trubel auf den Straßen mit. Küche: ist eine geschlossene Küche und hat einen Tür und eine Außen Fenster. Küche sind ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank /Kühltruhe, kochfeld, Elektro-Backofen. Wasserkocher und Geschirr, Besteck sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer 2 ist ca. 15 qm groß. zur Zeit vermietet an einen Musik -Student, Doktorand. 25J.
