A cozy and bright room is available in a beautiful early 20th-century apartment, just steps from Campo di Marte train station and close to Florence’s city center. The apartment is on a quiet street with all essential services right nearby: two small supermarkets (one organic, one traditional) less than 50 meters away, and a pizzeria just down the road. The home is very spacious — apart from the kitchen and the living room, we have four private rooms, but only three people live here. You’ll share the apartment with me and my daughter; we have our own private living room. You are welcome to use the shared living room and the fully equipped kitchen. A regular rental contract can be provided.
