If you are looking for just a room... than we are not for you If you are looking for a convenient accomodation not in town but very near, in a villa which offer you the possibility to live the beautiful natural context, respectfully housemats, and a place to call home, than you are in the right place Respectuful residents; we build a trusted community who stay over a year on average. Our residents are workers, teachers, students, different ages, different cultures, different nationality different-minded people fully vetted and respectfully. The room is spacious and furnished with king-size bed, closet and desk, with private bathroom! The villa is a classic tuscan villa not so far from the city center of Florence, composed by ten rooms, big shared areas and a big garden were people can enjoy the amazing landscape of Tuscany. Available: private parking, garden, bio-hourtus, solarium terrace, BBQ, lounge To stay here is necessary to have a CAR or a MOTO A deposit is necessary and it will be required to grant the lenght of the stay booked Please be aware that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform.
