The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful private housing condominium with good shopping and transportation connections Location: Elsankuja five, a very convenient location with good transportation and shopping, and all services and amenities are within walking distances. about 500 meter to Iso Omena shopping center/metro station, from where metro runs 7 min to Otaniemi campus, 18 min to Center of Helsinki (Kamppi), condition: very good and clean. Due to shared flat, there is a "General Rule" (how to share), and a Cleaning Schedule for weekly cleaning work every one should take. ---all walls: newly painted--done summer 2019, --all windows: brand new--done summer 2019, --balcony door/glasses: brand new--summer 2019, --all floor: brand new--summer 2019 Total rent: 500+60=560e/m/room, for those who will stay one academic year (~9.5 months) 530+60=590e/m, for those who will stay one semester (~4.5 months) including charges of water, electricity, heating, waste treatment, high speed WiFi (100MB), furniture, bedding, kitchen wares, drying room, bicycle room (for rental period one academic year). Flat mates: international students who are nice, tidy, friendly and disciplined, studying at Aalto University. furniture: --single bed, mattress, mattress topper, desk, desk lamp, ceiling lamps, chair, book shelf, wardrobes, (blackout) curtains. --carpets on corridor+kitchen floor, dinning table, dinning chairs. --kitchen stuff: plates, glasses, pots, pans, mugs, knives, forks, spoons..... --equipped: ceramic oven, refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, water boiler, washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner. Deposit:800e (refundable with two weeks after contract expires). Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay for example a travel insurance which covers the liability of rental accommodation. You will get detailed instruction after booking is accepted. Cost is about 15...18e/m. When applying, please, tell something about yourself (age, gender, school campus, home university, gender preference to share the flat....) for the purpose that my tenants will, to maximum degree, match each other. No smoking. No pets. No couples. No parties. No deep-frying in the kitchen.
