Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit einem netten Mitbewohner (Student). Das freie Zimmer hat einen Balkon ist ruhig und bietet genug Platz zum Wohnen und Lernen. Ideal für Studierende! 📍 Lage: Top-Lage in Darmstadt – die Hochschule ist fußläufig erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV sind ebenfalls in direkter Nähe. Und jetzt noch kurz zu mir - Deinem zukünftigen Mitbewohner: Ich bin Jonas, 26 Jahre alt und studiere in meinem 2. Master-Semester an der TU Darmstadt und arbeite nebenbei. Ich koche gerne und treibe häufig Sport, liebe Musik & gehe gern aus (Bars, Pubs, Partys, Konzerte und was es sonst noch so gibt) und bin generell für jeglichen Schabernack zu haben. Dennoch lege ich Wert auf Sauberkeit und mag es in den gemeinsam genutzen Räumlichkeiten ordentlich. Ich erhoffe mir ein angenehmes, aber auch gemeinschaftliches WG-Leben mit genug persönlichem Freiraum und respektvollen Umgang. Mit guter Kommunikation kriegt man das aber meistens gut hin. At the same time, I value cleanliness and like to keep shared spaces tidy.
