It is located in a quiet area with very good access to the motorway (1.5km), the center of Porto (6km), the center of Matosinhos (5km), shopping centers (3km), the airport (7km), to the Metro (1km away) and the hospital (3.5km away) and is 4km away from the university center. The apartment is on the second floor of a 2-storey property with excellent solar orientation and has air conditioning in the bedrooms. It is composed of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with good areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining room, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, several storage spaces, 3 balconies and a large outdoor area. Electricity and water costs are included up to an amount of 50 euros, if the amount is exceeded, the tenant is responsible to pay for the excess.
