The room is fully equipped with a double bed, desk, large wardrobe, air conditioning, and a full private bathroom for exclusive use, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Please note that the room does not have windows to the exterior, making it a quiet and peaceful space, ideal for rest, work, or study. 🍳 The property includes access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with appliances, sink area, and washing machine, as well as a small shared living area with a sofa, perfect for relaxing. 📍The room is ideally located near the Burjassot–Paterna Campus of the University of Valencia and is well connected to Valencia city center via Metro lines 1 and 4, as well as several bus lines just a few minutes’ walk away. ⚠️ This accommodation is an office within a renovated premises. Although it is fully suitable for living, registration as a resident (empadronamiento) is not possible. 🕒 Arrival Schedule & Key Delivery A staff member will personally deliver the keys. Once an arrival time is agreed, there is a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Monday to Friday • 15:00 – 18:00 → No additional cost • 18:00 – 20:00 → €30 (subject to staff availability) • After 20:00 → €50 (prior coordination required) Saturday • 11:00 – 13:00 → No additional cost • Outside these hours → €30 (must be coordinated in advance) Sunday • Arrival must be arranged in advance 📦 Courier Key Forwarding (if arrival is missed) • Until 18:00 → €20 • Until 21:00 → €30 • After 21:00 → €50 ✨ Don’t miss the opportunity to live in a comfortable, quiet, and well-connected space that offers everything you need. !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed. - Please note that the room has no windows to the outside, but it does have a window to an internal space that distributes between the other 3 rooms, ensuring a quiet and distraction-free environment. ♦️Please note that all pre–move-in payments (Security Deposit, Admin Fees, etc..) must be made directly to our bank account once your booking is confirmed. 💢💢💢
