The flat is fully equipped; washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, television, big fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.. PRICE of the rooms are the following: Room 1 (30 sqm) : 400 €/month + 60 € utility: available (THE PRESENT ADVERT) Room 2 (30 sqm): 400 €/month + 60 € utility : booked Room 3 (40 sqm): 500 €/month (if double use + 50 €/month) + 75 € utility: available Room 4 (25 sqm): 375 €/month + 60€ utility : booked Room 5 (13 sqm) : 330 €/month 50€ utility : available Prices include a cleaning of common parts every 2 weeks Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).
