The house hosts both students and young professionals, staying between 3 and 6 months. It's a friendly and international environment, with male and female tenants mostly from across Europe. Utilities are about 165€ / month Deposit : 1900 € ( sent it back after 2/4 weeks if no damages ) . Possibility to extend the stay .
