This conveniently-located apartment is also ideal for commuter Bostonians. It is a short 10-minute walk to Roxbury Crossing station for the MBTA Orange Line into Downtown. Once an orchard farm and home to wealthy Boston families, Mission Hill is now a vibrant residential neighborhood with two main commercial districts: Tremont Street and Huntington Avenue. Known today for its Colonial Revival architecture, as seen in its numerous brick rowhouses and triple-decker homes, Mission Hill is a neighborhood on the rise. Colloquially referred to as “The Hill,” you will find plenty of restaurants and shops here, as well as nearby tourist attractions, such as the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and the Gardner Museum, both of which are within walking distance. Mission Hill overlaps with the Longwood Medical and Academic Area to the north, which is the second-largest employment area in the City of Boston outside of Downtown. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. We do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
