Description

We are offering a bright, fully furnished room, equipped with everything necessary, in the central West Berlin district of Charlottenburg. While we have typically rented to students from the US, we are primarily looking for someone who feels comfortable with us and vice-versa. Apartment Details The apartment features a large shared bathroom and a shared kitchen with a dining area. The living room, with its adjoining balcony, can also be used communally. The building dates back to the early 19th century and boasts high ceilings that give the rooms plenty of volume. The apartment is located in the rear building (Hinterhaus), meaning you hear very little of the street turbulence. Location & Connectivity The area offers everything you could wish for, surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, sports facilities, and a wide cultural offering. Green spaces like the Grunewald and Tiergarten are also quickly reachable. The apartment is easily accessible around the clock by public transport. You can reach almost anywhere in the city center in about 20 minutes. The Technical University (TU) is about a 10-minute walk away. The Free University (FU) can be reached by a bus directly in front of the door. Bus and U-Bahn stops are directly in front of the door, and the S-Bahn is about a 5-minute walk. Shopping facilities, such as supermarkets, are only 3 minutes from the house. The Flatshare (WG) We are a two-person flatshare with diverse interests. In addition to English and German, we also speak Farsi (Persian). We are looking for someone uncomplicated who integrates well into our life. Although we have typically hosted students from the United States, we are open to any flatmate with whom we get along well. Rental Terms The monthly rent is a flat rate of 750.- EUR. A deposit (Kaution) of 1,000.- EUR is also required.
