The building is a 5-minute walk from the S Hohenzollerndamm train station (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and just minutes away from the bus stop Grieser Platz, line 110. The closest supermarkets are Edeka and Lidl. There are also many cafes and shops nearby, such as Trattoria Il Gusto Italiano Pizzeria, Restaurant Feigen&Oliven, Trattoria Don Carlo, Backstube Zuckers, Restaurant Genazvale, and more. The building is close to the Brgeramt Hohenzollerndamm and a short walk from the Stadtbad Wilmersdorf II - Berliner Bder Pool and Sommerbad Wilmersdorf. Being able to move into a new place the next day doesn't happen very often, but we make it possible! Therefore, we have taken care of not only all the necessary comforts but also included them in the price without any additional cost. To give you an overview of your new home, we have listed all the integrated amenities below: The apartment: - equipped kitchen - oven - *balcony/terrace The bedroom: - wardrobe - desk - chair - mirror - pendant lamp - bed (140 cm) - mattress - blanket - pillow - curtains - shelf - drawer - shared balcony/terrace (access from CU.21.1 and CU.21.2) Please note that not all rooms have a balcony or terrace. Furthermore, those that do sometimes are shared, and therefore, more than one room may have access to the same balcony. The exact details of each individual room within the apartment can be seen in the corresponding floor plan, included in the pictures.
