Very spacious furnished room for GIRLS ONLY , near metro line 4 and buses in a quiet and landscaped area, very commercial, the room is entitled to a kitchen and bathroom that are shared. Perfect for someone looking for a quiet family environment. *The living-dining room cannot be used*, It is for private use for my wife and myself who live in the apartment. -Peaceful Family environment/ No parties or loud noises allowed -No visits allowed to stay the night / Normal visits are allowed but I have to be asked first. -The room has a window with nice view to a garden outside / you can smoke through this window -Please let me know your check-in time so I can be prepared to let you in -Deposit= 1 month rent (To be paid upon arrival) -Rental agreement to be signed upon arrival If interested, send me a message saying what you will be doing in Barcelona and a little about yourself!
