Your private room comes with a desk for working. Ten feet down the hall is your private bathroom. No one else will use the bathroom during your stay. Guests have access to the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Some staples are available for cooking. There is space in the refrigerator and the pantry set aside for you. A rocking chair is available for sitting on the front porch and a lounge chair in the backyard. Walk everywhere in Central East Austin. East 6th and East 11th are packed with bars & restaurants. No worry about noise though, the house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. A cat lives here. Please do not book if you are allergic or dislike cats. You can bring a quiet, well behaved pet for $150/month. Typically the owner is in the master bedroom, but occasionally that room is also rented out.
