Description
The rooms to rent on Via Altavilla Irpina are wonderful. The only common areas are the bathroom—where you'll find a washing machine—and kitchen, both spacious areas. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cutlery, dishes and everything you need to fix yourself a meal. There are gas burners and a 3-seat table where you can eat and chat with flatmates. One of the nice things about this kitchen is plenty of cupboard space, as well as a small enclosed balcony with windows you can open up for a little fresh air. Centocelle is a residential part of Rome, but it’s quaint, quiet, and off-the-beaten track. Still, the subway stops just a 2-minute walk from your door, and you can be in downtown Rome in 20-30 minutes. There is a small grocery store right outside your door, a shopping mall around the corner, and the gorgeous Villa Gordiani Park is just a 1-minute walk away. If you like to eat out, there is a nearby café and pizzeria, and you might want to check out Mazzo. It’s a 14-minutes walk, but the New York Times lists it as a place for great Italian cuisine.

Frequently asked questions about this place
Are utilities included in the rent for this place in Rome?
Yes. The monthly rent of € 600 for this place in Rome already includes utilities such as water, electricity and heating, so you pay one predictable amount each month. Always confirm the exact list of covered bills with the owner before you sign, as coverage can vary between properties.
Are pets allowed in this place in Rome?
Yes, pets are welcome in this property. We still recommend telling the owner which pet you have — type, size and number — when you first get in touch, so any house rules about pets can be confirmed in writing before you move in.
Is smoking allowed in this property?
No, this is a non-smoking property. Smoking indoors is not allowed. If this matters to you, raise it with the owner before applying — some owners may allow smoking outdoors or on a balcony, but the indoor rule usually stays firm.
How much is the security deposit?
A security deposit of € 600 is required, in addition to the monthly rent of € 600. The deposit is held for the duration of the tenancy and returned at the end, minus any agreed deductions for damage. Confirm the exact terms and refund timing with the owner before you pay.
When is this property available?
