The room has two single beds and a private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and a smart TV. The furniture and beds are new. It is located inside a newly renovated apartment where there are other two rooms (one with bathroom private inside). Shared (max 4 tenants) there is a living room with a kitchenette equipped with new appliances (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer) and a laundry room. On the ground floor a communal courtyard for bicycles and motorcycles. Opposite is a large free public car park. The Conad supermarket and the bus stop no. 35 for Leopolda station and for Novoli University, no. 56 for the Careggi medical university, which can be reached directly in 20 minutes, no. 68 for the airport and T2 connection are 10 metres away. It is close to the scientific centre of Sesto Fiorentino. Starting from the road at the back of the apartment, a cycle path leads to the Novoli university centre in 15 minutes and to Leopolda station. Another cycle path starts 200 metres from the apartment and reaches the faculty of agriculture in 12 minutes. Temporary contract for serious and referenced off-site professional workers or specialising students. Males only. Income guarantees are required. Deposit 450 euros.
