In a very nice apartment, the excellent location allows to experience the real florence's city center life (San Frediano is called the coolest district in the world by Lonely Planet) but in a very quiet area. This is 5 minute walk from Santo Spirito square, 15 min walk from the Ponte Vecchio, 10 min from the train station. Nightlife is 5 min. walk from the apartment Down there are several mini and supermarkets (in 5 min walking) The room: two beds, big wardrobe, closets, table and little couch. You can use the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer -------------- ITALIANO Due posti disponibili in doppia zona San Frediano - Firenze Appartamento piccolo e grazioso con solo due camere (quindi mai più di tre persone contemporaneamente) posizionato in modo da farvi scoprire le bellezze di Firenze vivendo a contatto con il centro ma senza il caos del centro. L'appartamento si trova infatti esattamente all'entrata di San Frediano (quartiere che Lonely Planet ha definito il più cool del mondo) e in pochi minuti siete a Santo Spirito e Ponte Vecchio. La Stazione dei treni è al di là del ponte a soli 10 minuti di camminata e il parcheggio, in questa zona, si trova facilmente anche gratuito. Ci sono due supermercati nel raggio di 5 minuti a piedi e in San Frediano si trova praticamente tutto quello che serve. La camera è composta da due posti letto (il prezzo è riferito a posto letto) e comprende anche un grande armadio, lenzuola, coperte, comodini, scrivania e un piccolo sofà. In condivisione ci sono: salotto, bagno, cucina e tutti gli inquilini possono usare tutto quello che si trova negli spazi comuni compresi elettrodomestici (tra cui lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro etc)
