Even though Shankill is a bit removed from Central Dublin, you'll still find supermarkets, pharmacies, and everything you need for your day-to-day life. **But you need to know this...** - Shankill is quite far from Dublin's city centre. Time to get your own wheels? **And this...** - You'll be sharing the house with the live-in landlord. Tenants will **not **have access to the whole house. - One of your flatmates is a lovely little dog named Lilly. - **Important: There are no cooking or laundry facilities. Landlord is happy to provide evening meals at a cost of €10-€12 per meal and a breakfast and packed lunch can be provided for €22** - **Landlord can take laundry to the local launderette twice a week on the tenant's behalf if needed** - **Important: Private house (only bedroom & shared bathroom for letting)** **Our Homechecker, Luke, said:** _“I loved this property.
