Security deposit will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The deposit cannot be used as payment for the final month’s rent Tenants are expected to keep the accommodation clean and in good condition No parties, loud noise after 22:00, or smoking indoors No pets or animals allowed Guests are permitted for a maximum of 5 days, with longer stays subject to prior approval We issue legal rental contracts, provide official receipts, and can assist with residential visa applications if needed.
