Mucho espacio de almacenamiento y mucha luz natural. Baño completo con plato de ducha y ventana para luz natural y ventilación. Hall recibidor con zapatero, puff de almacenamiento y espejo. El piso cuenta con calefacción por gas natural y radiadores en todas las habitaciones y baño.
