The district is the definition of posh: one walk along its main street, Calle Serrano, located a 12 minute stroll from the flat and lined with designer stores and hip restaurants and you'll see why! The rooms for rent are all simply yet fully furnished, complete with a double bed, small table, chest of drawers, and a rack to hang your clothes. Please note: - Utilities are included, with a cap of 40 euros.
