El apartamento ( 56 qm) está situado en el 3er piso (último) cocina equipada, ambiente seguro, baño con ducha, habitaciones amuebladas muy buenas conexiones de tráfico, en aprox. 15 min. estás en la ciudad (Este u Oeste) Buena conexión con la Universidad Libre de Berlín (FU) y la TU - 15-20 minutos de viaje en autobús y el autobús se detiene en diagonal frente a la puerta En las inmediaciones hay varias instalaciones de ocio como el cine, la piscina, la pista de patinaje y algunos parques. Calentamiento hasta 21° centigrados, o menos si estado lo requiere ( ley de Ajuntamente ) Por favor traiga una sabana, una funda nordica y un edredon.
