The location of the house in Theresiengasse offers a range of points of interest that will make your stay convenient and enjoyable. Nearby, you will find several bus stops such as Brünnlbadgasse and Kutschkergasse, allowing for easy transportation around the city. Additionally, the Alser Straße and Michelbeuern AKH subway stations are within short distance, providing excellent connections to the rest of Vienna. For shopping needs, Martinstrae is just 5 minutes away and offers a wide selection of grocery stores such as Billa, Hofer, Bipa, and Dens. Moreover, within AKH, there is also a Spar supermarket open from Monday to Sunday, perfect for any last-minute necessities. If you are interested in staying active and fit, right in front of the house is a gym called FIVE - Progressive Fitness, where you can work out and stay in shape during your stay. For relaxation and swimming, there is an indoor pool called "Jägerbad" nearby, located at Jägerstrae 42-44, offering excellent opportunities to unwind and enjoy some aquatic sports. Every week, Jasna, our cleaning lady, will take care of cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, and hallways to ensure that the apartment is always clean and tidy. Furthermore, the apartment features a brand new Miele washing machine, which requires a contribution of €2.50 for every use. The collected money will be used to pay for the cleaning service. Not only does the location of this house offer convenience and comfort, but it is also very suitable for students or Erasmus students, as it is within short distance from the Medical University of Vienna, BOKU, FH Wien, and the AKH.
