Several small rooms of approx. 6–10 m2 are available in a newly founded 4-room shared apartment. The apartment is 77 m2 in total and also has a small shared living room. The rooms are quiet, face the courtyard, and have a garden view / nice open view. The small rooms have loft beds, which makes good use of the space. The rent is approx. €300 for the first 3 months, as the shared apartment is newly founded and not fully furnished yet. After that, the rent will be approx. €380. Location: Very good location directly at U3 Simmering / Simmering train station, about 2 minutes on foot. There is a Billa supermarket and a tram stop directly in front of the building. Nearby you will also find a shopping center, restaurants, McDonald’s, Burger King, and other shops. flat-share-live: The shared apartment is currently being newly founded. I am looking for quiet, tidy, and easy-going flatmates. A respectful atmosphere and considerate living together are important. The garden can be used by all residents. A bicycle storage room is also available. The furnishing will still be completed and should be finished by the end of July.
