The apartment is located in a historic district near Schloß Schönbrunn with very good infrastructure. The city center can be reached by public transport in about 20 minutes. Well equipped apartment for a comfortable stay in Vienna. In the apartment you will find everything for daily use (such as towels, shower gel, fully equipped kitchen, etc.). 100 % of the electricity comes from alternative energy sources (water, wind, sun, biomass). The apartment is located in "Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus", an authentic and grown part of Vienna between the city center and the famous Schönbrunn Palace. The infrastructure such as shopping and public transport is very good. Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus is well known for its famous event location "Wiener Stadthalle". In the close neighbourhood of the apartment you will also find the Technical Museum. With very good public transport you can quickly reach the city center. The Schönbrunn Palace and the Technical Museum are within walking distance (around ten minutes) passing through a beautiful park. In about ten minutes you can walk to the subway U4, which will take you to the city center in about ten minutes. Very good public transport (such as tram, metro and bus) is available. It is possible to park the car in front of the building, but you will need to buy a parking ticket during the day. If you want to park your car for a longer period, we recommend that you park the car in a parking garage in the vicinity.
