The kitchen is equipped with living essentials, kitchen table and chairs, refridgerator, stove and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom/living area comes with a sofa in the room, a double bed (with linens), wardrobe, You will have everything you need, just bring your towels and suitcase. The rent includes electricity, heating, gas and internet. So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. Minimum rental period is 3 months. ONLY for June, July and August the minimum renting period is 1 month. A second person (couple) will cost an additional 150 €/month.
