From this location, door to the Airport, is just 40 minutes on the S-Bahn. This apartment is FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed (with linens), sofa in the room, wardrobe, kitchen table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with living essentials and appliances. You will have everything you need, just bring your towels and suitcase. The rent includes electricity, heating, gas and internet. So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. Minimum rental period is 3 months. ONLY for June, July and August the minimum renting period is 1 month. A second person (couple) will cost an additional 150 €/month.
