The apartment features three bedrooms, each equipped with a premium box spring bed and a large built-in wardrobe providing you with maximum flexibility and comfort. One of the bedrooms has a workspace comprising of a comfortable office chair and standing desk. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, large bathtub and twin basins. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end Miele appliances and large fridge/freezer. To maintain cleanliness and protect the flooring, please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the apartment. Before leaving the apartment, please close all windows to prevent damage in case of unexpected winds. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the building premises. Violations will result in a €600 cleaning fee. Do not leave your keys in the apartment’s door lock when exiting. Please ensure the door is locked when you leave. In case of a burglary, stolen or damaged items will not be replaced if the door was left unlocked. A €200 fee applies for lost keys, and a €150 fee applies if you lock the key inside the apartment. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. as a courtesy to the neighbors.
