My partner and I are looking to sublet our 52m2 apartment in Vienna's 16th district (Ottakring) for a period of four months, from (hidden) (these are the preferable dates, but we can accommodate changes if required). Sharing more details and pics below: - The apartment comes with a bedroom, living room, a fully functional kitchen (with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave), home office, a bathroom and washroom - The rent would be 900 euros including all the utilities (which includes water + gas + electricity). Deposit would be one month’s rent - For Wifi, a router is available, but an internet card would need to be purchased as per your requirements - Our apartment is on the first floor and is very close to Yppenplatz and Brünnenmarkt, a popular and extensive Turkish street market famous for its eastern Mediterranean offerings — from spices, meat, vegetables and groceries to quick and delicious bites - Supermarkets such as Spar, Hofer, Penny and Billa are a quick walk away. The apartment is located close to Vienna's 7th (Neubau), 8th (Josefstadt) and 17th (Hernals) districts - It is well-connected to the means of public transport — U6 U-Bahn station is 6 minutes away by walk, and there are a few tram stops nearby - A trip to the innere stadt (1st district) is about 20 minutes by tram In case you're interested, please (hidden) us on (hidden)
