Die Lage ist TOP, direkt am Kagraner Platz, denn es gibt Verbindungen wie die U1, Straßenbahnen (25,26) und Büsse (22A, 24A und 31A) (Nachtbus inkludiert). Man ist mit diesen Verbindungen in ca. 15 Minuten in der City. Am Kagraner Platz gibt es alles was dein Herz begehrt. Von diversen Supermärkten, Fitnessstudios, Friseure, verschiedenste Ärzte, sowie die ÖGK (Österreichische Gesundheitskasse), die AK (Arbeiterkammer), Labor und vieles mehr :) Ich biete dir folgendes: Ein 12m2 Zimmer mit einer schönen Aussicht in meiner Maissonette-Wohnung Gemeinschaftliches, großes Wohnzimmer (30m2) Voll ausgestattete Küche und Essbereich Schönes Bad, Badewanne inklusive Eine Gemeinschafts-Waschküche im EG Was ich mir von dir erwarte: Tierfreundlichkeit (ich besitze einen kleinen Hund; leider können eigene Tier nicht mitgebracht werden) Sauberkeit und Ordnung halten sind mir besonders wichtig Partys sind nicht gestattet Nicht-Raucher Wohnung Weitere nützliche Infos: Es handelt sich um eine 3er-WG, wobei 1 Zimmer schon vergeben ist.
