Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All rooms offer wardrobes and good storage space. The house includes a private parking space directly in front of the entrance. Location: • Quiet residential neighbourhood • Supermarkets, restaurants and services nearby • Green park within walking distance • Airport approximately 14 minutes by car • Excellent base to explore the island (sea, mountains and urban areas) WiFi included. The property is offered exclusively as a temporary rental (minimum 3 months) under Spanish rental law. This is not a holiday rental. Ideal for professionals on temporary assignment, remote workers, or individuals wishing to spend several months in Gran Canaria during the winter season. Utilities: electricity and water are included in the monthly rent within reasonable consumption limits. Any excessive usage beyond normal household consumption may be charged separately or deducted from the security deposit. (The overage monthly electricity cost is approximately 95€ and the overage monthly water cost is around 15 euros)
