The open kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (refrigerator, oven, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, and ceramic cooktop), as well as kitchen utensils and tableware. Additionally, there is a living-dining area with a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed, and a dining area. The location is unbeatable; Goya Street is well-connected by public transport, with several bus stops and metro stations nearby. You will also have a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and all the necessary services within a few minutes' walk. The area is safe and quiet, perfect for comfortable living. (NOTE: Bed linen, pillows and towels are not included for hygiene reasons).
