The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity basin with mirror and a hairdryer. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected for remote work or leisure, and a dedicated parking space right outside means you never have to hunt for a spot. Bed linen and towels are provided, and check-in is entirely self-service so you can arrive on your own schedule. Interaction with Guests: This property is rented on a medium-term basis (one to twelve months) under a Bail Mobilité or Bail Code Civil. After booking, you will be asked to complete your tenant file via the French government platform DossierFacile and submit the required documents (proof of mobility, identity, income, etc.). You will also need to sign your lease digitally. These steps must be completed no later than fourteen days before your move-in date; failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
