L'arrière cuisine contient du rangement, outils de nettoyage et aspirateur et un congélateur. attenant à la cuisine il y a une grande table extensible jusqu'à 16 personnes. De l'autre côté du couloir il y a un salon avec poêle à pellets, TV et vidéo ainsi qu'une salle de jeux avec kicker et tennis de table. Au rez - de -chaussée , il y a également une toilette. Un escalier monte au premier étage et dessert 4 grandes chambres avec armoires et une salle de bain avec double évier, bain douche et toilette. Au deuxième il y a encore deux autres chambres, une salle de douche avec douche, évier et toilette et un local avec lave linge et séchoir. Le tout est chauffé via une nouvelle installation centrale au pellets. Les extérieurs sont au calme à l'arrière de la maison. Un terasse surélevée surplombe le jardin avec balançoire et chenil pour le chien.
