Large apartment of 200 m2 located in the heart of the center of Seville. It is a magnificent property located in a large historic house that maintains the essence of sevillanas manor houses. The high ceilings, the large spaces, and the quality in general are always present in this unique apartment. Upon entering into the apartment, a large entrance hall welcomes us and without walls that delimit it. It leads us to a large living room with big windows facing the street and providing a lot of natural light. The dining room is adjacent to the living room but in a separate room. The three bedrooms have single beds, two of them of 1.90 x 0.90 and the other of 1.90 x 2.00. The apartment also has three full bathrooms and a toilet. The kitchen is large, according to the rest of the house, and it’s fully equipped. It is also modern and functional, perfect to prepare any dinner or meal with the family. Padre Marchena Street is located in the Arenal neighborhood, perhaps the best and most exclusive in the center of Seville. A few meters from the apartment there are supermarkets, small food shops and of course the best bars and restaurants in the city, where you can taste the best Andalusian cuisine. The Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcazar, etc., everything is just a few minutes walk from the apartment so you will never need a private vehicle or public transport to get around. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
