The location is ideal. Erasmus University is within walking distance, and the city centre is easily accessible by bike or tram, with a tram stop right in front of the apartment. Lusthofstraat is also within walking distance and offers many shops such as Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, HEMA, and other amenities. It is fully furnished, including: - Dishwasher - Washing machine - TV - Beds and mattresses - Desks - etc. The rent includes: - Gas (estimate) - Water (estimate) - Electricity (estimate) - WiFi In addition, there is a storage room in the basement, which can be used in consultation. The apartment is available from July 1st 2026 until February 1st 2027. The dates can be slightly flexible by a few weeks or days upon request.
