🏡Welcome to Rome! Bring the whole family or group of friends to this fantastic accommodation with plenty of space to have fun, spend time together, and relax. Just a few kilometers from the sea at Ostia. 25 kilometers from the center of Rome. Just steps from the Castel Fusano pine forest, the largest pine forest in Europe. Ideal for groups and families. The villa has a large entrance that can easily accommodate up to three cars. It is located in a partially built residential complex, very quiet, and adjacent to the magnificent Castel Fusano pine forest. There are four bedrooms: a triple room with a private bathroom upstairs, a double room on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom, a single room on the lower level, and a triple room also on the lower level. The villa has two fully equipped kitchens and two large living rooms, one with a table seating 12. The living room has two single sofa beds and a double sofa bed. The garden has a BBQ oven and patio. You can access the villa through the large gate with your own car (there are 3-4 private parking spaces). There are stairs leading to the villa.
