Description
In the historic center of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Navona, in Via dei Gigli D'oro - a very suggestive street - we offer for rent a delightful furnished studio apartment, excellent for single students or workers. The apartment is an indipendent small studio-flat in the very heart of Rome's most iconic district, a few steps away from the Vatican, the Pantheon, Piazza Campo de Fiori, Piazza Venezia, the Imperial Forums, the Colosseum, the Trevi's Fountain, the Spanish Steps and many other touristic sites. The studio-flat is very quiet, yet close to many discos, pubs and restaurants. It is equipped with a kichenette, a square dining table, a double sofa-bed with a coffe table and a toilet with shower and accomodates 1 or 2 persons. Refrigerator, induction cooking plates, microwave oven and hot/cold air conditioning are the studio's amenities. The sofa bed easily becomes a double bed (160x190 cm) by extracting the second mattress, normally under the first. A comfortable wardrobe completes the furnishings. The apartment enjoys an open view on Roman narrows. The studio apartment has just been renovated and has a cozy and welcoming look. The apartment is on third floor, guests will have to climb 50 stairs to reach it: in fact, as it is inside an historical building, there is no elevator. The minimum rental period for the apartment throughout the year is 6 months. The price asked includes building cost, but is related to medium/long term rent: it is therefore applicable to rents of at least 6 months. Shorter periods will cost a little more, yet feel free to ask. In fact, for Summer period (June, July, August), the apartment can be rented for shorter periods (minimum 1 month) at € 1.300 per month + electricity & building costs. Please acknowledge this is a no-smoking apartment and a fine of € 150 will be retained from the deposit should the apartment smell like smoke at the time of your check out. Standard final cleaning is included in your rental.
