This house is located in a family friendly street / neighborhood in the capital area, only 3,4 min drive from downtown Reykjavik. Reykjavik University is located only 2.1 km away by walking and University of Iceland is 3.9 km away. Just few meters away is the Kringlan shopping mall and also Búllan, best Burger joint in Iceland ;o) Our house is on two floors. On the main floor you have fully loaded kitchen, small bathroom, big living room and dining area. From the main floor you can enter our backyard where we have sitting area and nice Hot Pot / Jacuzzi. On the second floor we have 5 bedrooms. You can select from queen size beds and single beds to have in your bedroom. On the 2nd floor we have Laundry room and bathroom with shower and bathtub. In front of our house we have parking space for 2 cars.
