From there, Berlin Mitte can be reached in around 20 minutes, making it ideal for commuters. BER airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away. The neighborhood is known for its creative and international atmosphere, with Filmpark Babelsberg, RBB studios, the Hasso Plattner Institute, and the University of Potsdam nearby.
