This modern, spacious, and comfortable apartment is equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning, a TV with over 60 channels (including international options), high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, and Italian coffee maker. For your convenience, we also provide bath and hand towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, iron, and a toaster. To make exploring Porto even easier, both bicycle and car rental services are available through our company. Please Note: - Self check-in and personal check-in options available based on your preference. - Check-in/Check-out Details: Standard Check-in: From 17:00. Standard Check-out: Until 11:00. - Flexible check-in/check-out may be available upon prior notice and subject to availability. - Late Check-in Fees: Personal check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional fee of €30. No extra charge for self check-ins after 22:00. The apartment includes maintenance cleaning every 15 days, complete with a fresh change of bed linen and towels. Utility expenses are covered, up to a maximum of €75. If the tenant wishes to bring pets, weekly cleaning becomes mandatory at a cost of 30 euros per week (this service is no longer included in the rent).
