The apartment blends simplicity and practicality with elements of typical Portuguese design, suitable for all cultures. Located on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator, the apartment has been fully renovated. Ground Floor: Living Room: Comfortable sofa, TV, storage space. Kitchen and Dining Area: Fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine with dryer function, dishwasher, microwave, and oven), with a meal area featuring a table and four chairs. Upper Floor: Two Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a queen-size bed. Bathroom: Features a shower. Other Information Check-In: All check-ins after midnight incur a €20 fee, payable in cash. Additional Costs: Charges apply if keys are lost, forgotten inside the apartment, or left in the lock. Locksmith fees range between €40 and €150. Noise Alert: As of September 2024, there is daytime construction noise from a neighbouring building during legal hours. The completion date is not yet known. Water and electricity bills are included up to €50 per month. Any usage beyond this amount will be covered by the tenant.
