Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for your convenience. This studio is just a 6-minute walk (400m) from Trindade Metro Station, which connects you to Porto’s downtown and the historic center. Nearby, you'll find the Bolhão Market, Avenida dos Aliados (home to the City Hall), and the famous Rua de Santa Catarina, Porto’s traditional shopping street. To make exploring Porto even easier, both bicycle and car rental services are available through our company. Please Note: - Self check-in and personal check-in options available based on your preference. - Check-in/Check-out Details: Standard Check-in: From 17:00. Standard Check-out: Until 11:00. - Flexible check-in/check-out may be available upon prior notice and subject to availability. - Late Check-in Fees: Personal check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional fee of €30. No extra charge for self check-ins after 22:00. The apartment includes maintenance cleaning every 15 days, complete with a fresh change of bed linen and towels. Utility expenses are covered, up to a maximum of €75. If the tenant wishes to bring pets, weekly cleaning becomes mandatory at a cost of 30 euros per week (this service is no longer included in the rent).
