The kitchenette is fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy a comfortable stay. Stay cozy in winter and cool in summer with air conditioning, or use the ceiling fan for a refreshing breeze. Water and electricity bills are included up to €50 per month. Any usage beyond this amount will be covered by the tenant. Additional Services Make your mornings extra special by ordering breakfast through our partners – choose from our menu options before your arrival. Families traveling with young children can request a crib, baby bath, cutlery, and chair (please inform us in advance). Additional Notes Late check-ins after midnight incur a €20 fee, payable in cash.
