It's located on the 2nd floor of a residential house, in a green and peaceful part of Piastów, a couple mins away from buses that will take you to Warsaw or 10 mins walking to the train station. Who is it suitable for? -2 friends looking for a comfortable and cosy place to live, ideally long-term renting -Singles who value peace (it’s not a party house) -People looking for a good connection to Warsaw (it takes 20 mins to get from Piastów to Warsaw Śródmieście) -If you have a car, there is a space on the street to park it About the room and the flat: The flat is on the 2nd floor of a residential building. The entire flat is about 90m2 with: Living room: 20m2 Kitchen: 16m2 Bathroom: 6m2 Corridor: 5m2 Balcony: 18m2 Bedrooms: 11m2 each And another 30m2 which is occupied by another tenant Bedrooms are furnished with: double beds, clothes racks, shelves with drawers, a desk, a chair. The train station is about 10 mins walking from the house, 7 minutes to the bus stop 716 or 717 that will bring you to different parts of Warsaw as well. It’s a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
