The rent includes complimentary home insurance. IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere. Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 4900 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 9800 EUR otherwise The refundable security deposit will be 4900 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 9800 EUR otherwise.
